Renee Kole-Emmanuel

Renee Kole-Emmanuel is a Strategy and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in change management. Currently serving as Principal in Transformational Change at Shell, they have previously held key roles such as Director of Change Management at Otis Elevator Co. and Global Change Management Lead at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Renee's career includes significant contributions as a Change Lead at HCL AXON and a Project/Change Manager at Tanfield Ventures Ltd, among other positions. They earned a BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Webster University.
