Sana Naz

Sana Naz is a seasoned professional in safety, health, and environmental management with extensive experience in leading compliance and operational efficiency across major organizations, including Shell, PepsiCo, Unilever, and AkzoNobel. Since January 2023, Sana has been serving as a Distribution Operations T&S Advisor at Shell, overseeing inventory management and supporting compliance programs across Pakistan's terminals and joint ventures. Previously, Sana led global EHS governance at PepsiCo, driving safety agendas, compliance audits, and capacity building initiatives. The career also includes roles focused on implementing health and safety standards at Unilever and conducting technical design reviews at AkzoNobel. Sana holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
