Shawn Baxter

Shawn Baxter possesses a robust background in engineering and operations management, with significant experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Asset Operational Excellence Manager for the LNG Canada Asset at Shell, Shawn has previously held roles such as Asset Operations Manager for the Groundbirch Asset and Integration Manager for LNG Canada Venture Development. Prior experience includes working as a Facilities and Projects Engineer at Bonavista Energy Corporation, a Field Services Engineer at Schlumberger, and an engineering student at Kimberly-Clark. Shawn holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, both completed from 2015 to 2017.
