Sivaram Gollakota

Sivaram Gollakota is an experienced supply chain and business transformation leader with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the GM Supply Chain Deepwater at Shell since November 2012, Gollakota oversees a $2 billion UK Upstream Supply Chain, managing significant logistics operations and contributing to the wider UK oil and gas production. With prior roles at Shell encompassing transformation leadership in both Upstream & Integrated Gas and Global Exploration, Gollakota has delivered substantial savings and implemented strategies to optimize resource allocation. Previous consulting experience includes positions at The Boston Consulting Group, Booz & Co., and Schlumberger, providing strategic advice across various energy challenges. Gollakota holds an MBA from INSEAD and participated in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
