Tim Baart-Meijering

Tim Baart-Meijering is currently the XTL Technology Business Integration Lead, bringing extensive commercial acumen and a strong technology background to their role. They previously served as the Business Development Manager for the Energy Transition Campus Amsterdam and successfully delivered the first commercial-grade synthetic kerosene for a KLM aircraft in January 2021. With over six years of experience in Anything-to-Liquids technology maturation, Tim acted as Shell’s focal point for Competitive Technology Intelligence while collaborating with research alliances, including the University of Cambridge. Tim earned a PhD in Experimental Physics focusing on Quantum Computing at Delft University of Technology, where they also conducted significant research in the spin qubit team.
