Vicky Florence

Vicky Florence is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications and marketing. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Advisor at Shell since April 2023, Vicky previously worked at Robert Gordon University as an Internal Communications Officer from September 2022 to April 2023. Vicky's extensive experience at Wood from September 2014 to September 2022 included roles as Marketing & Communications Manager and Communications Lead, where responsibilities encompassed leading employee engagement campaigns, developing global communications strategies, and managing marketing efforts across various service lines. Earlier career experiences include consultancy roles at The BIG Partnership and Weber Shandwick, along with foundational communications positions. Vicky holds a BA Hons in Corporate Communication from Robert Gordon University and an HND in Communication with Media from North East Scotland College.
