Chad Drzewiecki

Chad Drzewiecki is an Aggregates Operations Manager at The Shelly Company, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chad served as Plant Manager at Heidelberg Materials North America from January 2020 to June 2023 and Mine Manager at U.S. Silica Company from November 2017 to January 2020, where also held the role of Supervisor for Maintenance and Quarry. Earlier experience includes working as a Mining Geologist at Kaufman Engineering, Inc. from May 2012 to November 2017, and interning in GIS and hydrogeology at Advantage Engineers and Kaufman Engineering. Chad Drzewiecki earned a Bachelor of Science in Geoenvironmental Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing further education at Keystone College.
