Bill Garghill has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Bill started their career at Raytheon Aircraft in 1991, serving as a Program Manager in Quality Assurance until 2001. Following that, they worked at Raytheon Aircraft Services as a Line Service Manager from 2001 to 2005. Bill then transitioned to Banyan Air Service, where they held the position of Director of Customer Support from 2005 to 2010. Currently, they are employed at SheltAir Aviation Services as the Director of FBO Operations since 2011.
Bill Garghill has completed a course in Disney's Approach to Quality Service at the Disney Institute. Bill has also studied Business Administration at Kent State University. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate of Completion in Customer Service Excellence from the American Management Association in December 2013.
