Edvard D. Legrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial management. Currently serving as a Financial Assets Executive at Sheltair since July 2021, Edvard has also held the position of President & Chairman at Elim/New Bethany in both the USA and Haiti since January 2006, and at Elim/New Bethany since January 1988. Edvard holds a Master's degree in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology from Liberty University, along with two degrees from Trinity International University-Florida: a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.
