Bernard Oketch has a diverse background in risk management, with experience in various prestigious companies such as Shelter Afrique, Co-operative Bank of Kenya, and Deloitte East Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance at Shelter Afrique, Bernard previously held positions such as Senior Risk Manager at Co-operative Bank and Manager Risk Advisory Services at Deloitte. Bernard has an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance & Information Technology from Strathmore University.
