Elayna Bilous

Elayna Bilous, CPM, has extensive experience in various roles at Shelter Canadian Properties Ltd. since May 2005, serving as Payroll Accountant and Property Manager, among other positions. Elayna has also taken on roles in event planning, office organization, and administration. Additionally, Elayna owns and operates Black Caviar Productions, a company dedicated to supporting local businesses and arts through event production in Winnipeg. Educational qualifications include a Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification from National Payroll Institute & Red River College Polytechnic, a Business Administration Diploma from RRC Polytech, and a Certified Payroll Manager designation from the University of Winnipeg & Red River College Polytechnic.
