Keely Perrizo

Keely Perrizo has been in the multi-housing industry since 1995. In her current role as Regional Director, Ms. Perrizo supervises the On-Site Property Managers of many of Shelter Corporation’s Section 8, Public Housing and Tax Credit properties in Minnesota. Ms. Perrizo is responsible to offer support, encouragement, and directive to these team leaders in order to assure the success of the assets they manage. Ms. Perrizo has a strong belief in serving customers and employees with respect and dignity. Her hands on experience working with employees, residents, vendors and owners have given her the skills and insight to guide Property Managers through the difficult situations that can arise when managing people’s homes and owners assets.

Ms. Perrizo has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and developed a passion for Fair Housing Law over the years. One of her roles with Shelter is to review all reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests.

Ms. Perrizo studied accounting at St. Cloud Technical College. In addition to the many industry classes, courses and conferences Ms. Perrizo has attended through MHA, she has received her Affordable Housing Manager certificate through Quadel. She is an active member of the MHA and has served on their MADACS committee for three years. Ms. Perrizo received a coveted MADACS award in 2002 for ‘On-Site Manager’. In 2012, she was recognized by Shelter Corporation for ‘Best Property Turnaround’.
