Ben Holtman

Ben Holtman is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile methodologies, currently serving at Shelter Insurance Companies since January 2019, where leadership is provided for the Document Solutions Java and Mainframe Team. Prior experience includes serving as Scrum Master for teams at Centene Corporation and Scottrade, where significant contributions were made to agile processes and team progress monitoring. Additionally, Holtman is the Owner and Partner of Holtman Estrada Translations, specializing in bilingual translation and website localization since June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, alongside an undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages and Literature.
