Billy Doyal

Billy Doyal is the owner of Billy Doyal Agency, a Shelter Insurance Companies affiliate, where Billy has provided auto, home, and life insurance since September 1994. Prior to this, Billy Doyal served as an ambassador for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber from 1996 to 2020 and as an agent at Shelter Insurance Companies from 1994 to 2011. Early in his career, Billy Doyal worked in sales and management at Fred Jones Lincoln Mercury from April 1988 to September 1994. Billy Doyal's educational background includes studies at The American College and Temple College, following graduation from Waurika High School in 1973.
