Chris Maupin

Chris Maupin has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Owner of Shelter Insurance Companies since June 1994, where responsibilities encompass sales and operations, alongside roles as a Claims Adjuster and regional underwriter managing property and casualty claims and underwriting risk assessments in Colorado and Nebraska. In addition, Chris has held the position of President of the Board of Directors at Rocky Mountain Cancer Assistance since February 2011, contributing to the provision of financial assistance to cancer survivors in Colorado. Previous experience includes a role as musical director for a fundraiser benefiting RMCA from 2008 to 2013 and an internship as a broker with Bain Clarkson Japan in early 2004, focusing on reinsurance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as History and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
