Michael Griffith

Michael Griffith has over three decades of experience in the IT field, primarily with Shelter Insurance Companies since May 2001. Currently serving as IT Computer Operations Manager, Michael oversees teams focused on z/OS administration, Enterprise Storage, and automation, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include Systems Programmer III, where Michael specialized in performance and capacity management, as well as Database Administrator and COBOL Programmer during earlier tenure at the company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completing the degree in 1989.
