Regina R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Since November 2009, Regina has held multiple managerial roles at Shelter Insurance Companies, focusing on talent acquisition and human resource programs. Prior to this, Regina served as President of the Human Resource Association of Central Missouri in 2011. Regina's previous experience includes a long tenure at DURA Automotive, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Materials Manager, overseeing supply chain management and inventory control for manufacturing operations.
