Janel F. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Janel started their career as a Community Outreach Program Coordinator at Each One Teach One, where they facilitated HIV prevention programs and provided technical assistance. Janel then worked as a Medical Case Manager at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, monitoring treatment adherence and coordinating healthcare options for clients. Janel also had a role as an Aftercare Social Worker at Catholic Social Services, where they provided resources for family stability and managed budgets. Janel later became a Social Services Supervisor at Bethesda Project, overseeing shelter operations and coaching staff. Janel also worked at Community Technology Alliance as a Project Manager, providing consultation and training for implementing the Homeless Management Information System. Janel further expanded their experience as an Impact and Analytics Manager at The Salvation Army, developing logic models and producing training materials. Janel then took on the role of a Research Associate at Research Collaborative, where they conducted literature reviews and completed statistical analysis. Janel later became a Clinical Research Manager at Marin Breast Health Trial Center, implementing regulatory standards and assisting in trial design. Janel F. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Area Studies from Drexel University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Janel later pursued a Masters of Public Health degree at La Salle University from 2011 to 2015.
