Philip Wheeler

Philip Wheeler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency response and environmental advocacy. Currently serving as a Field Operations Specialist at ShelterBox since September 2012, Philip provides critical support in disaster relief by delivering emergency shelter and tools for displaced families and collaborating with governments and NGOs. Previous roles include Campaign Consultant at Europe Beyond Coal, Network Developer at Food & Water Watch, and Researcher at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford, where Philip contributed to research on global climate policy. Additional experience includes positions at 350.org, Fridays for Future Europe, Greenpeace, and Amnesty International, along with an early career in education. Philip holds a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
