Becky Alwood

Becky Alwood serves as the Team Lead and Occupational Therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute since December 2018, and has held executive roles as Co-Owner at MET Seminars and MET Equipment since September 2015. Their work at MET Seminars involves clinical implementation of precision therapeutic exercise design, while MET Equipment specializes in supplying rehabilitation equipment across North America. Additionally, Becky contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Andrews University, teaching courses on the physiological basis for exercise prescription. Previous experience includes roles as Co-Founder of MET Consulting, Occupational Therapist at IncreMedical, and Assistant Director of Wellness & Rehabilitation at La Porte Hospital, among others. Becky holds a Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.
