Carrie Schoonover PMP, ITIL, has over two decades of experience in information systems management and project leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Information Systems at Sheltering Arms Institute since December 2022, Carrie previously held the role of IT Manager Application/BPM at Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Centers from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior experience includes Business Systems Analyst for a contract with the Virginia State Police through 2601 Group, LLC, as well as a return to Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Center in an IT Manager role from 2014 to 2018. Other notable positions include Project Manager at Capital One and Lawson Systems Manager at Massey Energy. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a concentration in Programming from Strayer University between 2005 and 2007.
