Jim Johns

Jim Johns is an experienced communications professional with a background in strategic communications and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Manager at Sheltering Arms Institute since November 2019, Jim Johns leads the development and execution of communication strategies aligned with the institute's goals. Jim Johns has previously worked as a Communications Consultant at Floricane, LLC, and as a Principal Communications Associate at Capital One, where effective internal communications supported organizational change strategies.
