Anna Ramaley has a diverse work experience. Anna is currently a Customer Solutions Manager at Shelterluv since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gravity Payments from 2017 to 2021. At Gravity Payments, they held various roles including Vet Team Operations Lead, Vet Team Onboarding/Sales Coordinator, and Merchant Support Engineer. During their time there, they managed the onboarding process of new Veterinary software partnerships, prepared sales reports and product trainings, and provided technical support to merchants. Before joining Gravity Payments, Anna worked at Jack Henry & Associates as a Client Service/Card Services Specialist in 2017. Anna also had experience at Qualstar Credit Union, where they held roles such as Card Services and Risk Specialist and Senior Member Service Representative. In these positions, they handled card disputes, reviewed suspicious activity reports, provided training and support for fraud prevention technology, handled member calls, and performed various administrative tasks.
Anna Ramaley received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington from 2005 to 2009.
