Nikolay Anochin

Nikolay Anochin has extensive work experience in the field of software development. Nikolay is currently working as a Golang Team Lead / Architect / Tech Lead at ShelterZoom, where they manage two teams of six backend Go scrum developers. Nikolay'sresponsibilities include optimizing development processes and building a system architecture for heavy loads.

Prior to ShelterZoom, Nikolay worked at OZON.ru as a Golang lead developer from 2019 to 2021. Nikolay optimized existing projects for high loads, tuned PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch, and was involved in communication with the business, requirements collection, and team organization.

Before OZON.ru, Nikolay worked at LuckyGroup as a Senior PHP/GO Developer from 2018 to 2019. Nikolay also gained experience at AZ EXPRESS as a Full Stack Engineer from 2017 to 2018, contributing to the development of the courier delivery service.

Earlier in their career, Nikolay worked at TXTUP as a PHP Programmer from 2016 to 2017 and at SellFrost as a PHP Programmer from 2015 to 2016. Nikolay started their career as a PHP developer in 2012.
