Thomas Neal

Thomas Neal is an experienced vehicle mechanic currently employed by Shelton School District since April 2022, specializing in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical defects in buses and automotive equipment. Previously, Thomas owned Nealz Kustomz from September 2003 to April 2022, responsible for the company’s website, marketing, and scheduling. Thomas held several service manager positions at various automotive service companies, including Watson Diesel Repair, JACK'S MADRONA AUTOWORKS LLC, and Terry's Automotive Services, where responsibilities included planning, scheduling work, and collaborating with other shops. Additional experience includes roles as a restoration technician and service advisor, showcasing expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair. Thomas is pursuing a certificate in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the Emergency Management Institute and holds a degree related to motorcycle management from Harley Davidson University.
