Chip Shelton

Chip Shelton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the vineyard and asset management industries. As Co-Owner of Shelton Vineyards, Inc. since April 1999, Chip has contributed to the growth and success of the vineyard. Additionally, as President of Liberty Solutions since October 2008, Chip has been instrumental in assisting banks and investors with special assets and REO properties across more than 13 states, providing services such as court-appointed receivership, property management, asset management, consulting, and construction management for both residential and commercial properties. Chip Shelton holds a degree from High Point University.
