Kailyn Campbell

Kailyn Campbell is an experienced finance and budget professional with a diverse background in public education and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for Shenandoah County Public Schools, Kailyn previously held the role of Director of Management and Budget at Chesterfield County Public Schools. Prior to that, experience includes serving as Budget Supervisor for Henrico County and Senior Associate at MuniCap, Inc., specializing in pre-bond and post-bond consulting for Virginia projects. A solid foundation in financial analysis and project management was established at Constellis, where responsibilities included overseeing a multimillion-dollar contract portfolio and developing pricing models. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from Regent University.
