Marett Rose

Marett Rose currently serves as the Director of Development for the Conservatory and the Executive Director of Donor Engagement at Shenandoah University, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Foxcroft School from May 2017 to May 2023, where Marett held multiple positions starting as the Annual Giving Coordinator and advancing to the Director of Annual Giving. Prior to that, experiences include serving as the Annual Campaign Officer at Rainforest Trust and supporting the Major Gifts team at Rainforest Alliance as an Assistant. Additional roles include Grants Research Assistant at Columbia University, Philanthropy Assistant at The Nature Conservancy, and various positions at NICCE, LLC, and the Smithsonian Institution. Marett holds a Master’s degree in Fundraising Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and French from Roanoke College.
