Travis Lassiter

Travis Lassiter serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at FirstDay Foundation, where responsibilities include establishing a centralized growth function for a global provider of Health & Human Services, Emergency Preparedness and Response, and IT services with annual revenues of approximately $1.5 billion. In addition, Travis contributes as a Transformative Leadership Advisory Board Member at Shenandoah University. Previous experience includes senior roles at KBR, Inc., where Travis led capture excellence for the Science and Space business, and at Hyster-Yale Group, where strategic initiatives were directed for Emerging Technology and Robotics units. Earlier career achievements at Jacobs involved transforming business development operations and managing enterprise IT projects. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and an MBA from Longwood University.
