Jerry Dofflemyer

A lifelong Page County resident, Jerry Dofflemyer represents Page/Shenandoah/Warren counties on the Board of Directors. He was elected in 2019 and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer. He is chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Annual Meeting Committee.

Jerry is a seasonal park ranger for Shenandoah National Park (SNP), where he enjoys offering advice and information on how to fully enjoy the park’s natural and cultural resources. He is also special projects director for Delaware North, a food service and hospitality management contractor at SNP, and is owner-operator of Pass Mountain Rentals and a pair of car washes. He formerly was employed as vice president of E.N. Hershberger Co. Inc. Texaco distributorship and a family-owned Luray Motor Co. Ford dealership.

Jerry is a graduate of Madison College, now James Madison University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a member of the Luray Town Council and past president of the Luray-Page Chamber of Commerce, Luray Jaycees and Caverns Shrine Club. Jerry is active at the Main Street Baptist Church, where he has been a member for over 50 years, and is a member of Lafayette Masonic Lodge No. 137. He has coached soccer, basketball, and Little League Baseball and served on the Luray Little League Board of Directors and was a charter member and vice/chairman of the Luray/Hawksbill Greenway Foundation.

Jerry lives in Luray with his wife, Nora, and they have a son, Nathan.
