Heather Boyd

Heather Boyd is an experienced payroll and administrative professional with a diverse background in finance, customer service, and data management. Currently serving as a Payroll & Grants Generalist at Shenandoah Community Health, Heather oversees payroll processes across multiple locations utilizing ADP software. Since March 2018, Heather has also held the position of Office Manager at MH Tools LLC, focusing on inventory control and accounting functions. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher for the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and various positions at Bloomberg Industry Group, where Heather managed customer data and analytics for over 85,000 accounts. Heather began the career with data entry and customer service at Harriet Shager Inc. and holds a high school diploma from Catoctin High School, graduating in 2001.
