Chanda Palmer

Chanda joined the SVWC staff in 2009 and has served as the Director of Marketing since 2010. Her excellent performance in that position made her the ideal candidate for SVWC's Chief Operating Officer role. Chanda received her bachelor's degree from James Madison University, her master's degree from Old Dominion University, and her Administrator's license in 2016.
