Joel Ojdana

Joel Ojdana is a Senior Credit Analyst at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc., starting in September 2023. Previously, Joel served as a High Yield Credit Analyst at Jupiter Asset Management from 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the US expansion of Jupiter's high yield credit business and analyzing high yield credit investments in various sectors. Earlier experience includes roles as a Long/Short Credit Analyst at Balyasny Asset Management (2015-2018), an Investment Analyst at Starboard Value LP (2013), and Associate positions at Canaccord Genuity and Mizuho Securities USA. Joel began a career in leveraged finance at BNP Paribas from 2006 to 2009. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Management and Psychology from Washington and Lee University.
