Brith Osinkosky

Director OSP Engineering & Construction at Shentel

Brith Osinkosky has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career as a Fiber Optic Technician at Winn Caribe Communications in 1999. They then moved on to Campus Televideo in 2002, where they held roles such as Construction Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the construction and installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks.

In 2010, Osinkosky joined RCN Business as a Manager of Operations and later became a Senior Manager of Engineering and Construction. They played a key role in planning and implementing commercial services delivery and led the engineering and construction of various infrastructure projects.

In 2015, Osinkosky began working at Shentel, initially as a Senior Network Engineer and later progressing to Manager of Sales Engineering & Project Management. They took on the responsibility of overseeing the OSP engineering and construction departments, supporting a large-scale fiber route and broadband network across multiple states.

Their most recent position is Director of OSP Engineering & Construction at Shentel, where they continue to lead strategic projects, monitor budgets and timelines, and spearhead new geospatial mapping initiatives.

Throughout their career, Osinkosky has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a track record of success in managing and executing complex projects in the telecommunications industry.

Brith Osinkosky completed a BBA degree at Strayer University in 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a graduate degree at George Mason University, completing their studies in 2010.
