Kirk Andrews

Kirk Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and accounting. Kirk began their career at the US Census Bureau in 2000 as a Crew Leader, responsible for managing a team of enumerators and overseeing the collection effort for the Census 2000 in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. In 2002, they joined KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate, where they played a key role in planning and conducting audits, preparing financial statements, and managing a large audit budget. After leaving KPMG in 2006, Kirk worked at Circuit City as a Financial Reporting Supervisor, leading a team in preparing balance sheets and cash flow statements, filing documents with the SEC, and implementing new software for more efficient SEC filings. Since 2017, Kirk has been employed at Shentel, initially serving as an Accounting Manager and currently holding the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Kirk Andrews received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, with a focus on Business and Accounting, from 1998 to 2002.
