Randy Roe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Randy started their career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman from 1981 to 1990. After leaving the Navy, Randy worked as a Director of Staff Development at Eskaton, where they developed and taught medical staff on various topics. Randy then moved on to Gramercy Court as the Director of Nurses, managing a team of over 30 staff members and overseeing patient care, food service, and facilities.

In 2012, Randy joined Lumos Networks as a Senior Network Sales Engineer, providing SONET, IP, and Wavelength network solutions for FTTC and Wholesale carriers. Besides their pre-sales functions, they also provided training to Wholesale account managers on various networking topics.

Randy's most recent role was at Shentel, where they served as a Carrier Sales Engineer, Principal. In this position, they led data network design, including fiber optic network layout, customer equipment selection, and integration planning. Randy also excelled in Fiber to the Tower (FTTT) design and integration.

Overall, Randy Roe has a strong background in network design and sales engineering, with experience in healthcare management and military service as well.

Randy Roe earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Palomar College from 1987 to 1989. Randy also obtained an AA in Business during the same period.
