Yang Huang

Yang Huang is an experienced professional in company secretarial and corporate governance roles, currently serving as Manager in the Company Secretarial Department at Shenzhen International Holdings Limited since July 2022. Prior to this, Yang held managerial positions in a US&HK dually listed wealth management company and Greenway Mining Group Limited, where responsibilities included managing company secretarial duties, investor relations, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. Yang's earlier experience includes roles at CITIC Pacific Limited and CITIC Dameng Holdings Limited, focusing on company secretarial and legal support. Yang holds a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and a Master of Social Science in Public Policy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management from Hunan University and education from the University of Malaya.
