Bensong Xie

Bensong Xie has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE). Bensong started their career at CNOOC International as a Safety Trainee in July 2006 and worked there until June 2007. From June 2007 to August 2009, Bensong served as an HSE Supervisor/Manager at SINOPEC's Saudi Branch. Bensong then joined Petro-king as an HSE Manager in September 2009 and worked there until October 2015. In October 2015, Bensong moved to NuoHua and assumed the role of HSE Manager. After two years, they joined Marry Food Products as a Senior HSE Manager in November 2017 and worked there until September 2019. Currently, Bensong is the Corporate HSE Head at Shenzhen Xintai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. starting from September 2019.

Bensong Xie started their education journey in 2002 at China University of Mining and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Engineering. Bensong completed this program in 2006.

Following their undergraduate studies, Bensong Xie obtained multiple certifications, including a Registered Safety Engineer certification from the State Administration of Work Safety in September 2010 and an International General Certificate with Distinction from NEBOSH in June 2010. Additionally, they received a Certificate of Appreciation as the HSE Manager of EO/EG Project from Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in August 2009.

In 2020, Bensong Xie enrolled at HKUST Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. Their studies in this program continued until 2022.

Furthermore, in June 2017, they obtained the PMP certification as a Certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
