Lauren Bauer

Lauren Bauer is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the event and exposition industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Western Region at Shepard Exposition Services since June 2021, Lauren previously held positions including Regional Director of Sales at ZonePro and Director of Sales at Shepard Exposition Services, where strategic leadership and creative solution development were key focuses. Prior roles included Strategic Account Director at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and National Sales Manager at Shepard Exposition Services, along with experience as Exhibits and Sales Manager for the National Commission on Correctional Health Care, highlighting a strong background in business development, account strategy, and client collaboration. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
