Shivkirat (Shiv) is the COO of Shepard Health and an experienced quality improvement & patient safety professional. She brings years of expertise in process design, Healthcare IT, Lean Six Sigma, and Healthcare Management. She has a Masters of Health Administration focused on Health Policy & Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is also credentialed as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB).
