David Sapp

David Sapp has extensive experience in managed care, currently serving as the Director of Managed Care at Shepherd Center since August 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Managed Care at Cohen Veterans Network (June 2017 - May 2018) and Vice President of Managed Care at Ascension Health-St. Vincent's HealthCare (March 2011 - December 2016). David also held the position of Director of Managed Care at Shands Healthcare (January 2004 - March 2011) and Health First (1995 - 2003). David Sapp earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a focus on Economics from The University of Georgia between 1975 and 1982.
