Dina Forehand

Dina Forehand has extensive experience in case management and operations within healthcare, currently serving as the Access Case Manager for the SHARE Military Initiative at Shepherd Center since July 2011. In this role, Dina provides support and resources to active-duty service members and veterans with brain injuries, acts as a liaison between veteran service organizations, and actively engages in research related to treatment efficacy. Previously, as Operations Access Supervisor, Dina managed the outpatient admissions process for spinal cord and brain injury programs, overseeing a team and improving internal processes for customer satisfaction. Additionally, past roles include case management and teaching English as a second language, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Modern Language from Georgia State University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively.
