Ruthann Bowen

Ruthann Bowen is an accomplished healthcare IT professional with extensive experience in clinical applications and informatics management. Currently serving as IS Clinical Applications Manager at Shepherd Center since March 2020, Ruthann has previously held positions including IT Project Manager at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Sr. Clinical Informaticist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and Manager of Health Informatics at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. Ruthann's career began as an RN at Shepherd Center, followed by various roles within Kaiser Permanente Georgia Region, including Senior Systems Trainer. Ruthann holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, earned between 1991 and 1996.
