Andrea Hester

Andrea Hester currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Shepherd Insurance since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in general human resources functions gained during a long tenure at Hoosier Village Retirement Community from October 1996 to April 2022. During this period, Andrea Hester managed payroll systems including Paylocity, Kronos, Ultipro, and UKG, oversaw benefit and work compensation administration, handled unemployment matters, focused on employee engagement, and facilitated recruitment and retention efforts, including social media recruitment and project management. Prior to this, Andrea Hester was an elected Lebanon City Councilperson, serving three terms from January 1995 to October 2006. Academic qualifications include studies at Marian College from 2001 to 2003.
