Barbara Bryant

Barbara Bryant has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Barbara began their career in 1980 as a Section Supervisor at Shell Oil Company and worked there until 1985. In 1985, they joined Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as a Manager and worked in that role until 1992. Following this, Barbara worked at Hylant Group for 20 years, starting as a Regional Talent Manager in 1992 and leaving in 2012. Since 2012, they have been employed at Shepherd Insurance, where they initially served as the VP of Human Resources. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Human Resource Director and currently holds the position of Partner and Vice-President of Human Resources. Barbara's extensive experience and progressive career growth demonstrate their expertise and commitment in the field of human resources.

Barbara Bryant attended Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
