Quinn Shepherd

CEO & Managing Partner at Shepherd Insurance

Quinn Shepherd (CPIA) serves as Managing Partner & CEO.  His primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations, strategy and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the executive leadership, Broadstreet Partners and the staff of organization.

Prior to joining Shepherd Insurance, he was a sales advisor for Universal Underwriters, a division of Zurich Insurance.

Quinn graduated from Ball State University, where he has since humbly received the 2013 G.O.L.D. award (Graduate of the Last Decade) and was honored to be presented as the 2017 David Letterman College of Communication Information Media (CCIM) distinguished alumni award. “There were clearly slim pickings that year” Quinn noted.

As part of his commitment to Ball State University, he was past chairman of the College of Risk Management Insurance advisory board and the Dean’s advisory council for CCIM.

Previous insurance boards include Westfield Insurance agency counsel, Convention Committee board for Big “I” (IIAI/Trusted Choice).

Currently Quinn serves on the boards of Central Mutual Insurance, Center for the Performing Arts, Central Indiana Police Foundation, 100 Club of Indianapolis and Wisdom and Grace Ministries.

Quinn pursued a Master’s in Leadership from Grace College & Theological Seminary and enjoys staying active in community affairs. He is the founder of Operation Shepherding, which is agency’s community outreach program. Quinn and his wife live in Westfield with their four children.
