Ian Barsby

Ian Barsby has extensive experience in the beverage equipment industry, holding the position of Technical & Quality Services General Manager at Shepherd Neame Ltd since July 1996, where responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of beer dispense equipment. Prior to this, Barsby was a partner at SES Kent from May 1988 to July 1996, focusing on the manufacturing and refurbishment of traditional beer engines and the installation of dispense equipment. Before entering the beverage sector, Barsby worked as a butcher and manager at JH Dewhurst Ltd from May 1980 to April 1988. Academic qualifications include a DMS in Management from the University of Kent and CMS and CSM qualifications from Canterbury College, all completed between 1999 and 2002.
