The Finance and Accounting team at Shepherd Neame is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring sound fiscal practices across all business segments. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for the brewing operations and managed pubs, as well as overseeing tenancy agreements and financial performance in leased pubs. Additionally, the team works on credit management to maintain healthy cash flow and support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
