Brandon Schwab is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the senior living and real estate sectors. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shepherd Premier Senior Living since June 2014, Brandon Schwab has been dedicated to providing personalized assisted living and memory care services in intimate settings. In January 2020, Brandon Schwab established the Boutique Senior Living Fund, aimed at transforming the senior living industry by supporting small operators in the Midwest. Previous experience includes roles in acquisitions at SchwabPropertySolutions.com from April 2010 to December 2015 and as a Partner at RaveWaves Inc. from April 1998 to December 2014. Brandon Schwab also owned RWPropertyPreservation.com and worked at Jewel Food Stores early in the career, which helped shape an understanding of the corporate environment. Education includes studies at McHenry County College from 2000 to 2002.
