Terry Bailey

Terry Bailey is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the drilling and offshore industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager for West Texas at Shepherd Safety Systems, LLC since May 2020, Terry previously held several key positions including Project Superintendent at EOG Resources and Operations Manager for Northern Offshore Ltd, overseeing new build jack-ups in China. Additionally, Terry's background includes significant roles at Sidewinder Drilling Inc. and Atwood Oceanics, and as Director of Operations in Asia Pacific for Seadrill/Scorpion Offshore, managing operations across multiple countries and drilling rigs. Terry also served as Operations Manager for Parker Drilling Company and held roles with ENSCO Offshore International Co. and Chiles Offshore Inc., where responsibilities included optimizing drilling performances, managing client relations, and establishing business operations in Australia.
